What is Z-fold fanfold corrugated board?
Z-fold fanfold board is corrugated cardboard supplied in a continuous accordion-folded stack. It is not a pre-made fixed-size carton. An on-demand box machine feeds, cuts and creases the board according to each order's dimensions.
Its role is not automatically to remove every standard carton. It is used to simplify variable and low-frequency carton requirements into a manageable set of board specifications and box-making rules.

Fanfold corrugated board is stacked by project specification and handled as pallet units. Final pallet height, external protection, labels and loading method must be checked against board dimensions, transport distance and the customer's feeding conditions.
