SERVICE & SUPPORT / IMPLEMENTATION

Define the project scope
before committing resources

BOXFIT supports packaging improvement from initial data review to solution definition. Delivery, commissioning, and on-site support are confirmed for each project and location.

Working process

A clear path from inquiry to implementation

Support begins with product and order data. Equipment, materials, integrations and local service requirements are proposed only after the operating conditions are understood.

01

Initial review

BOXFIT reviews the inquiry and confirms the information needed for a useful technical discussion. Response timing is agreed according to the project and contact arrangement.

02

Technical assessment

Product dimensions, order mix, carton inventory, damage risks, packing rhythm and system interfaces are evaluated.

03

Scope confirmation

Proposed equipment, materials, testing, installation, training, delivery terms and responsibilities are documented for the specific project.

04

Implementation support

Remote or on-site activities are arranged according to the agreed project scope, destination and available service resources.

Vietnam buyer checklist

What should a Vietnam manufacturer verify before buying?

A Vietnam project should be evaluated on product fit, site readiness, integration and cross-border support, not machine price alone.

01

Product and order data

Prepare size and weight distribution, daily and peak orders, current carton SKUs, carton styles, board specifications, fill, damage and packing time.

02

Site and utilities

Confirm footprint, material storage, access, floor load, power, compressed air, operators, safety and the upstream and downstream workstations.

03

System inputs

Define whether tasks come from manual entry, files, scanning, API, database or MES/BPS, then confirm fields, units, errors, security and acceptance.

04

Delivery and support

Document trade terms, shipping, customs, travel, visas, site preparation, training language, time zone, spare parts, response expectations and responsibilities.

Vietnam service boundary

China-based installation and remote support

BOXFIT has confirmed project experience in Vietnam and can export equipment. BOXFIT currently has no local partner in Vietnam, so attendance, timing, spare parts and responsibilities must be documented in the project agreement.
